Here’s why I can help you

Growing up with a father with IBD, I’ve witnessed the many trials to find a solution that makes you feel better – probiotics, aloe vera, juicing, you name it. I wanted to study Nutrition, as there is so much information out there on ‘this’ diet or ‘that’ diet, and I wanted to know the science and the facts to get to the bottom of all the noise.

 

Life is busy and when managing a chronic health condition as well, it becomes so hard to stay on top of it all. But you’re not a list of symptoms. You’re a whole person, and that is how I will support you. We get in to not just what you eat, but why you eat, and all the factors that come together to make you feel your best self, like movement, sleep and your mental wellbeing.

 

I’ll help you to get to the root of your symptoms, and I’ll share the practical and realistic tools in my toolkit to find what actually works for you.

Gut Calm Tools – mindset shifts, and nervous system resets

What’s included

5 sessions

An in depth initial 90 minute session to hear your story. A further 2 deeper sessions for coaching, planning, and sharing about why you eat the way you do and working through my tested tools; and 2 check-ins for accountability and support.

Tracking

Online personal portal for food and activity tracking for self-awareness breakthroughs. Whatever you choose to track will be analysed by your dietitian for giving you more support.

Plans

Personalised care plans for lasting change and meal plans if you want a bit more structure, and to take the overwhelm over thinking about what to eat.

Tools and Support

Mindfulness tools, habit change guides, eating out toolkits, portion guides, healthy swaps and more.

Support between sessions to check that food label, or plan what to eat at a restaurant
