Consultations
- An initial assessment to get to know you and assess your medical background, diet habits and preferences, symptoms and lifestyle. We will uncover the underlying factors that may be setting you back and you will work with the dietitian to set goals for what you want to achieve for improving your wellbeing.
- Follow Up Consultations (£95 for 50 minutes) are scheduled to suit your needs but usually occur fortnightly. Some people are happy with 1-2 session while others need long term support. On average people need 4-5 sessions to feel confident keeping up any changes. The important thing is that you will get the support you need, as frequently as you need and for as long as you need it.
