What to Expect

You can expect a supportive and open conversation where your needs and goals guide our session. I will listen to what you want from the appointment and tailor my assessment and advice accordingly. This may include discussing aspects such as your overall physical health, symptoms, diet, relationship with food and your body, family and medical history, lifestyle, and activity levels.

You won’t experience blame or criticism, for your weight, diet or lifestyle. And I won’t pressure you to change, or give a strict hard-to-follow diet plan. But I will encourage and motivate you to go deeper and uncover some perhaps unconscious beliefs around food, and come up with plans adapted to what is achievable at this current time.

Meal Planning

If you need support putting together meal ideas and getting a balance of the nutrition you need, all while managing your symptoms, I can support with that. Food should be enjoyed not a chore.

Guaranteed Results

There are no quick fixes, but you will see improvements in your energy levels, relief of your symptoms, and notice yourself making healthier choices automatically.
