Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer meal plans?

Rather than rigid meal plans, I provide personalised meal ideas and guidance that fit your lifestyle, preferences, and needs. My approach is about flexibility, not restriction.

I also don’t believe in unnecessary food restrictions, unless we are working safely to identify food intolerances. My goal is to help you build a balanced and enjoyable way of eating that supports your health without feeling deprived.

How many sessions will I need?

This varies from person to person. Some people benefit from just one or two sessions, while others prefer ongoing support to make lasting changes. We can discuss what feels right for you, but the average is 4-5 sessions to feel confident sustaining any new habits.

What if I don't want to weigh myself?

I know weight is a sensitive topic and we can be in a love-hate (or hate-hate!) relationship with weighing scales. I always ask if you want to include weight tracking or not, and we can still explore positive dietary and lifestyle approaches without a weight focus.

Do you work with children?

I primarily work with adults, but if you’re looking for support for a child or teenager, feel free to get in touch to see if I can help or refer you to a specialist.

Can I use my private health insurance?

I am a recognised private healthcare provider with BUPA, Cigna, AXA, Aviva, WPA, and Vitality. Please get in contact for my provider number or look me up under my full name Naomi Asembi.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

I understand life happens, and plans change. I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
