Welcome to The Dietitian Collective UK. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and the services. By accessing or using this website (www.dietitiancollective.co.uk) and booking services, you agree to comply with these terms. The terms “We” “Us” and “Our” refer to The Dietitian Collective UK.

  2. Services Provided
    We provide professional dietetic consultations, meal plans, microbiome testing analysis, and nutritional advice. Our services are intended for informational and educational purposes only and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. If you have a medical condition, please consult your doctor before making dietary changes. Content, and the associated social media channels and email marketing, will include information on diet and nutrition. All content is intended for informational purposes only. None of the content in emails, blog posts or social media posts should be construed as specific Dietetic advice.
  3. Booking & Payments
    All consultations and services must be booked in advance via our website or email. Once an appointment has been confirmed, payment is required before the consultation commences. We accept payments through secure third-party providers and do not store payment details.
  4. Cancellations & Refunds
    Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment to receive a full refund or transfer. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be charged 50% of the session fee. If we need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we will provide alternative dates or offer a full refund.
    4.2 Cancellations of Packages
    If you have purchased a multi-session package and wish to cancel, a pro-rata refund will be provided based on the sessions already completed.
    4.3 Refunding Third-Party Services
    If you have purchased microbiome testing through our shop, the refund policy of the third-party provider will apply. We are unable to process refunds for third-party services directly.
    4.31 Genova Diagnostics Inc. only charges for services rendered, once lab tests are complete. Refunds for account overpayments will be issued to customers as required. See full terms and conditions.
    4.32 Invivo Healthcare note returns are not accepted on goods after 14 days of the date of purchase. See full terms and conditions.

    All content on this website, including text, graphics, and resources, is for informational purposes only. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on our advice, any technical issues affecting website access, or any third-party services, including payment providers or testing companies.
  9. Third-Party Testing Services
    We are a recognised provider for microbiome testing through third-party companies. If you purchase a test through our shop, we will provide interpretation and analysis of your results and personalised recommendations based on findings. We do not administer tests ourselves and are not responsible for any testing errors or delays caused by the third-party provider. Note if test results are invalid due to incorrect specimen collection, user error, damage to the collection materials or packaging, there will be a charge of £25.00 (includes postage and packaging) to reissue the test.
  10. Governing Law
    These Terms & Conditions are governed by UK law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
